Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering required. Position requires registration as an Engineer-in-Training, or the ability to obtain an EIT within 18 months of hire. Knowledge of commonly used computer software (Word, Excel, Access, ArcView/GIS) expected. Candidate must have be a proficient communicator in writing and speaking.

Preferred Qualifications:

U.S. citizenship desired because the position may involve working on Federal sites.
